Gongwang is located adjacent to Huang Gongwang National Forest Park, with the Hangfu Riverside Highway to the south. The base has an elevation of approximately 10 meters at its lowest point and about 85 meters at its highest, spanning a vertical drop of over seventy meters, with multiple clusters set up in the front and back. The northern slope of the mountain is higher than the southern slope, gradually flattening from north to south. Together with the distant undulating mountains, this creates a rich skyline, with the natural mountain shapes being inherently beautiful. The landscape design fully draws on the design concept of organizing space through courtyards found in traditional Chinese gardens, establishing a "fourfold" courtyard system with different functions: front yard, core courtyard, side courtyard, and sunken courtyard. It aims to create a mountainous villa style infused with Southeast Asian charm.
