Awards Received: The award of the 1st "Innovation Cup" BIM Architectural Design Competition of the China Construction Association in 2008, the Second Prize of the Shanghai Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Projects in 2011, and the Third Prize of the Architectural Engineering of the National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Industry Awards in 2011.
BIM Application Points of the Project:
The project carried out full-discipline modeling through BIM to complete collision detection. The design was adjusted and optimized through BIM, and the design drawings were revised. The comprehensive problems of various pipelines were pre-handled, which significantly reduced the construction speed on site and the amount of rework.
