The project is located at the northern end of Lishui City, at the foot of the southern foot of Baiyun Mountain, a provincial-level forest park. It is surrounded by mountains on three sides, high in the north and low in the south, with a reservoir on the south side, facing the main axis of the city, and has a complex terrain. The land consists of two adjacent plots, with a total construction area of approximately 300000 square meters. The design fully respects the original mountainous terrain, adapts to the situation, and creates a unique and charming forest estate with low rise residential buildings arranged in a staggered manner along the mountainous terrain.
The west and north sides of the construction site are natural mountains, and there is a reservoir within the leased land on the east side. The design fully respects and utilizes natural conditions, enlarging resource rich areas into landscape nodes, introducing mountain and water scenery into the plot, forming an integrated green landscape system that combines points, lines, and surfaces, and jointly creating a friendly and pleasant living atmosphere in mountainous residential areas.
