The design style of Guanting is a combination of the characteristics of American prairie style residential buildings and the local modern and contemporary architectural features in China, forming its own unique architectural style: gentle sloping roofs, protruding eaves, emphasizing horizontal lines, rows of small windows... A large number of symbolic architectural languages such as red brick veneers and dark wood window frames are used to construct stable, simple, and atmospheric residential features. In terms of overall layout, a small group consisting of four independent villas is used as the design unit, connected by a circular road as the skeleton, forming a triple spatial sequence from public activity space to semi public courtyard space and then to private home space.
