The project is located in the North District of Fuyang; On the south side, it is adjacent to the 320 National Highway and the "Hangfu Line" subway, undertaking the industrial radiation of the main city of Hangzhou; The west side is adjacent to Gaohua Line and Jinqiao North Road, which belong to the urban development axis that drives the overall development of Gaoqiao Block; The location advantage is obvious. There is a subway station called "Gaoqiao Station" on this node, and the North Bus Station has been relocated here. At the same time, a composite bus center has been established, forming a three-dimensional transportation hub. The project is divided into two pieces of land, the land for the passenger transportation center station and the land for the project above the vehicle depot, with a distance of about 1.2 kilometers between the two.
Design a TOD overall plan by reasonably replacing the Yongnong plot in the center of the site, efficiently and intensively utilizing the surrounding land of the transportation core. Establish a landscape corridor with dedicated bus lanes and bike lanes. Add landscape nodes along the way, enrich the travel experience, and alleviate the sense of redundancy. Connect the land on both sides of the national highway through a covered park above it; And form a distinct urban landmark on the Hangfu Line. Ultimately integrating various functions such as subway, long-distance passenger transportation, bus center, hotels, and apartments, the design is guided by transportation, adopting pedestrian and vehicle separation, combining commercial and covered parks, transfer flow lines, commercial and station square, and creating a subway covered urban park.
