The project site is narrow and the environment is fragmented. The plan takes a different approach by concentrating the rest and boutique commercial areas in exchange for a sufficiently sized green space in the center of the site. This central green space is shared by rest centers, obstetrics and gynecology hospitals, and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, melting the barriers between each other in a positive and soft way; At the same time, it is detached from the noisy and chaotic surrounding environment, creating a peaceful corner in the bustling city for patients undergoing treatment and recuperation.
Rest centers and businesses are vertically stacked according to their respective functional characteristics. Based on commerce, occupy the extended surface of the street as much as possible, and also become a natural barrier for the central green space. The rest center has a total of 44 guest rooms, spread out on the commercial roof, providing a more pleasant, healthy and warm rest space; Design a break from the conventional corridor style layout, adjust the orientation and combination of guest rooms, so that each room can enjoy a sunny outdoor garden.
