The sports complex is located on the main road leading from Tianjin city center to Yangliuqing Town. Once completed, it will serve as a new gateway image for Xiqing District. Given its proximity to surrounding residential areas, the overall design emphasizes approachability and citizen participation. The sports complex consists of a 13,000-seat stadium, a 3,000-seat indoor gymnasium, a swimming pool, and facilities for the sports committee and sports school. Due to the limited land area, the design integrates various functional spaces into a concentrated volume, allowing for ample green space, plazas, and areas for citizen activities. Ultimately, the design aims to create a distinctive architectural landmark for the region.
