On August 1, 2024, the grand opening ceremony of the 3rd SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS Excellence Exhibition was held at the corporate headquarters of Huangpu Center Tower. Company General Manager Bao Hailing attended the opening ceremony alongside multiple senior executives, with Chief Architect Lu Zhen serving as the host.

Under the theme "Spatial Aesthetics and Design Philosophy," the exhibition showcased the company's annual curated works spanning senior living facilities, urban renewal projects, high-end residential developments, and rental housing solutions. Through diverse design dimensions and perspectives, it presented design reflections grounded in current market conditions.

Featuring a rich array of display formats including material sample boxes, display panels, and design blueprints, the exhibition comprehensively illustrated the creative processes and finalized outcomes of design works.
