SHZF Wins Six Awards at the ICONIC AWARDS 2022
On August 29, the German Design Council, one of the most authoritative bodies in architectural design, announced the results of the ICONIC AWARDS 2022 (Innovative Architecture). Shanghai ZF Architects achieved remarkable success, with six projects honored at this year’s awards.
The 2022 competition attracted nearly 1,000 entries from over 100 countries, spanning categories such as Architectural Design, Interior Design, Conceptual Design, Visual Communication Design (building-related visual design), and Product Design (architecture-related products). After rigorous evaluation by the jury, four of the firm’s projects—“Ningbo Vanke Riverside Walk,” “Yangzhou Vanke Metropolitan Riverside Demonstration Zone,” “Fuzhou Vanke City Garden Demonstration Zone,” and “Sunac Quanzhou Chen Dong Yi Hao Demonstration Zone”—were awarded WINNER status in the “Innovative Architecture” category. Additionally, “Wanyuan Chengkai Center” and “Sunac CHINA Landscape Jiangnan Demonstration Zone” received SELECTION honors in the same category.
This outstanding achievement highlights Shanghai ZF Architects’ global competitiveness and innovative prowess in architectural design, further cementing its reputation as a leader in the industry.
