Recently, the winners of the 8th CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Award · China were officially announced. Shanghai ZF Architects secured two Merit Awards for its projects “Ningbo Vanke Riverside Walk” (Residential Category) and “Sunac CHINA Landscape Jiangnan” (Residential Demonstration Zone Category), showcasing the firm’s excellence in innovative residential design.

The 8th edition of the CREDAWARD awards received 1,353 entries submitted by 394 organizations from 15 countries and regions. The judging panel, composed of globally renowned academic experts and leading real estate development groups, adhered to rigorous evaluation criteria—emphasizing architectural aesthetics, environmental sustainability, user experience, and economic viability—while upholding principles of fairness, impartiality, and rationality throughout the voting process.
