The winners of the 10th CREDAWARD Land Architect Design Awards were recently announced, with Shanghai ZF Architects securing several prestigious accolades:
Outstanding Design Brand Leader (Firm Award)，Silver Award in Residential Category for Hangzhou Sunac City，Merit Awards for Hangzhou Vanke Liangzhu Cultural Village: Yuniao Suiyuan Jiashu, Guangzhou Vanke Rongdeli, and Sunac CHINA Landscape Jiangnan.

Launched in 2014 by Land Architect and formerly known as the CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Award · China, the CREDAWARD Land Architect Design Awards adopt a vision of “Rooted in China, Global in Vision”, inviting outstanding projects worldwide to participate. The awards promote cutting-edge design concepts, guide sustainable urban development, and advance social progress through innovative architectural practices.

A distinguished jury panel, comprising leading international academic experts and top-tier Chinese urban developers with architectural backgrounds, evaluates entries based on four core criteria: Architectural Aesthetics, Environmental Priority, User Experience, and Economic Viability. Over the past decade, the awards have maintained rigorous selection processes, transparent evaluation models, and stringent winning criteria, earning a reputation as “one of the most credible design accolades in the industry”.

These honors reaffirm Shanghai ZF Architects’ leadership in shaping livable, sustainable communities and its ability to deliver designs that harmonize cultural heritage with modern innovation.
