On December 26, 2019, SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS held a 40th anniversary celebration event at the Wanda Reign Hotel in Shanghai. SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS was born in the era of planned economy. It was originally affiliated to the scientific research and design office of Shanghai Housing Construction Corporation. From the humble condition of seven or eight guns and two people sitting together on a bench at the beginning of its establishment, it has developed nearly 400 members, with an annual turnover of hundreds of millions of yuan. It has its own well-known design institute of office buildings near Xintiandi in the center of Shanghai. After forty years of design accumulation, SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS has formed its own characteristics in residential planning and design, and has achieved fruitful design results. With the rise of composite communities, public buildings such as office buildings, commercial buildings, and elderly care have made many achievements.
In 2019, SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS overcame numerous difficulties in the economic downturn and reached a new high. At the same time, while completing busy design tasks this year, to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the company's establishment, SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS planned a design competition for the renovation of the company lobby at the beginning of the year, which has been successfully implemented; Collaborated with China Construction Engineering Press to publish the "Collection of Works for the 40th Anniversary of SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS ", which has been published as a book; We have also specially produced a documentary short film for the 40th anniversary of SHANGHAI ZF ARCHITECTS.
